We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. These cookies are activated only after you click Accept All in the cookie consent banner.

Booking Widget Cookies — set by EasyTable

Our reservation section embeds a booking widget from EasyTable (book.easytable.com). When this widget loads, EasyTable may set functional cookies on their domain that are required for the booking process to operate — for example session identifiers or security tokens. These cookies are set directly by EasyTable's domain and are governed by EasyTable's privacy and cookie policies. We do not control the specific cookies EasyTable sets.

The EasyTable widget loads when you scroll to the reservation section of our homepage. It operates independently of your GA analytics consent choice.

3. Your Consent

When you first visit islacuisine.gr, a cookie consent banner is displayed. You can:

• Accept All — allow analytics cookies. Google Analytics will begin tracking your visit.
• Deny All — decline analytics cookies. No tracking will occur and the site still works fully.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser and remembered for future visits.

Please note that the EasyTable booking widget sets its own functional cookies on the EasyTable domain independently of this consent banner. If you do not wish to interact with the EasyTable widget, you may use our phone number to make a reservation instead.
