2. What Data We Collect and Why

a) Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data helps us understand how visitors use our website and improve the experience.

Legal basis: Your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept All in the cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies or using the Cookie Policy settings.

b) Reservation Data

Our website embeds a table-booking widget provided by EasyTable (book.easytable.com), a third-party restaurant reservation platform. When you complete a booking through this widget, your name, contact details, preferred date and time, and party size are collected and processed directly by EasyTable on their platform. We receive your reservation details via EasyTable's system in order to confirm and manage your booking.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to booking requests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). EasyTable acts as a data processor on our behalf; their own privacy policy also applies to data they collect through the widget.

c) Data We Do Not Collect

We do not create user accounts, store payment card data, or process any special-category personal data.

3. Cookies

We use analytics cookies only with your prior consent. In addition, the EasyTable booking widget embedded in our reservation section may set functional cookies on the EasyTable domain when the widget loads. 4. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following processors:

  • Google Ireland Limited — provides Google Analytics 4. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Google Privacy Policy.
  • EasyTable — provides the embedded table-booking widget. Reservation data you enter in the widget is collected and processed on EasyTable's platform and forwarded to us to manage your booking. Please refer to EasyTable's privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.

5. Data Retention

  • Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention period (14 months) and then automatically deleted.
  • Reservation data is processed by EasyTable per their data retention policy. Any reservation details we receive from EasyTable are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — ask us to limit the processing of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you have given at any time without affecting lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS. Reservation bookings are processed securely by EasyTable via their embedded widget. We do not store payment information on our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
